Made entirely from Gingin clone, this fabulous wine is a real showstopper! The fruit undergoes a whole bunch press and is then lovingly barrel fermented in select French oak barriques (with just a hint of new oak, about 22% to be exact).

During its nine-month oak maturation period, each individual batch that makes up this amazing blend is lees stirred.
