Description
We spent some time under the sun in the vines hand picking Shiraz & MourveÌdre grapes.
The grapes were then macerated in our award winning Aromatic Gin to reach optimum colour, texture and flavour.
The grapes were then separated from the gin so they could be pressed to extract every last drop of juice.
Threefold GSM is a blend of Gin, Adelaide Hills Shiraz and McLaren Vale MourveÌdre.
The Shiraz provides depth and complexity whilst the MourveÌdre adds bright and juicy notes.
Adelaide Hills Shiraz 91% (Christmas Hill vineyard, Kuitpo) McLaren Vale MourveÌdre 9% (Tarwilla vineyard, Sellicks Hill).
Best served with tonic, bitter lemon or mix it up in a Gin Sour.
