The winery was established in 1999 by the Pfeiffer family, who have a long history in the Australian wine industry.
Zilzie Wines takes its name from the nearby Zilzie Lake, which is known for its beautiful orange sunsets.

The Orange Tree Sauvignon Blanc has green hues and is pale straw in colour.
The palate has sublime citrus flavours of lemon and passionfruit which perfectly merge with bright tropical fruit and a touch of grassiness.
