This results in a light, pale straw colored whiskey with a delightful flavor profile.
It starts with a sweetness of caramel, followed by gentle hints of vanilla and oak.
The palate further reveals notes of caramel, vanilla, oak, and hay, culminating in a long, dry, and sweet finish.
