A hot toddy with black tea flows across the palate, shifting to a long, spicy, herbal finish.
For this label, That Boutique-y Whisky Company chose a whack-a-mole theme, but instead of moles, its wombats.
The distillery is surrounded by holes dug by burrowing wombats, they’ve even managed to dig into one of the sheds used for maturation.
