To create this limited edition single cask whisky, Sullivans Cove selected the purest ingredients and highest quality American Oak casks previously used to age Sullivans Cove Whisky, imparting rich flavours of vanilla, summer fruits, and powerful oak.
Each cask displays its own unique character, producing only a few hundred bottles of rare quality, so each time a new bottle of Sullivans Cove American Oak Whisky Cask is opened, a new page in their store is turned.
