The Pro Elite Alpine 1000 Down Sleeping Bag optimises performance and protection for high-altitude climbing expeditions or arctic crossing adventures.
Decades of field-testing and expedition use have been put into the design, which today utilises a Pertex® Quantum Pro ripstop shell for exceptional water and wind resistance, along with RDS-certified 850 fill-power goose down for premium lightweight insulation.
The down is also treated with DownTek™ to shield it from moisture and prevent clumping, allowing it to continue insulating down to -20°C when dampness is likely present.
The bag construction is engineered for superior thermal efficiency, with the trapezoidal box wall design reducing down migration and minimising cold spots, and a 3D hood with face baffle.
A slightly extra-sized mummy shape with cantered foot box allows you to store water bottles or electronics inside close to body warmth, or stay layered up with booties on, all while still minimising bulk and reducing air pockets.
For additional comfort, the hood and neck baffle can be tightened to help trap warm air inside.
A compression sack and storage sack are included for storage and travel.
