Sourced from the Hollows vineyard, located on the northern slopes of Mount Langi Ghiran, this wine is the result of Trevor Mast’s tireless search for the perfect plot of land to expand the estate’s vineyard area.
The Hollows vineyard was carefully chosen for its protection from those chilly south westerlies, its variety of aspects, and its high-quality soils – in fact, they’re very similar to the estate’s original plantings.
So you can trust that every sip of the 2019 Hollows Sangiovese is packed with history, dedication, and of course, amazing flavors.
