But it has taken vision, intuition, hard work and investment to get them to where they are today.
And their journey has only just begun! The Roman scholar Marcus Porcius Cato is credited with the world’s first documented viticultural and winemaking theories (160BC).
These principles are regarded highly at Moppity.
In Cato, old-world meets new-world.
It is savoury and complex on the nose showing sweet cherry, game, leather and dried herb characters with a touch of cake spice.
The palate delivers lovely weight and intensity, well supported by fine texture and firm tannins, leading to a lengthy sturdy finish.
