This vodka was inspired by sunrise swims through the crystal clear waters of the Manly Beaches.
It is distilled in their beautiful copper pot stills, includes sustainably foraged Australian native marine botanicals.
The nose hints of sea air and is balanced with gentle umami flavours on the palate.
