Handcrafted at our Coal Valley Distillery, the Cask Strength 58% takes our signature Classic Cask single malt to bold new depths.
Nose: Cinnamon, nutmeg, liquorice and orange peel with vanilla, butterscotch and oaky aromas.
Palate: Intense vanilla and Christmas cake sweetness.
Citrus and butterscotch flavours with stewed fruits, maple syrup and a hint of Tasmanian peat smoke.
Complex citrus and spices give way to oak and stewed fruits.
Finish: Citrus, spices and toffee notes develop into a warming finish that stays long after the last sip.

Sherry Aged & Sherry Finished ll:
Our second Sherry Aged & Sherry Finished Release is perhaps the world’s first ‘Triple Sherry Cask’ inspired by some of the world’s most famous sherry monsters.
Nose: Wonderfully full, sweet, and aromatic.
Dried figs, glace orange slices, tiramisu, roasted hazelnuts, and chocolate covered candied ginger.
Palate: Sticky sherry and sweet spiced oak.
Juicy muscatels and honeyed almonds immediately followed by a burst of fresh salinity and bright grapefruit acidity.
Finish: Long, warm, and woody.
Raisins, candied peel, dark chocolate, and old saddle leather

Master Distillers Oloroso:
A treacly single malt with an extravagant Oloroso-style sherry finish.
A tantalising journey of vanilla and rich forest fruits .
Nose: Egg Tarts, warm vanilla, rich forest fruits, hazelnuts, spiced oak and apple pie.
Palate: Dried orange peel, vanilla, toffee, fruit salad, grapefruit and a punch of sherry.
Finish: Long wisps of smoke with dried citrus, spiced apple pie and rich, extravagant sherry notes
