Originally introduced in 2009, as a replacement to the celebrated 15-year-old and defined one of the most appealing new Islay releases in years.
The additional three years in the cask mellows the whisky adding to the complexity allowing the rich and viscous mouthfeel to remain.
Unfortunately, the distillery ran out of this precious liquid and the line was discontinued at the end of 2016.
