Sandy soils, low-cropping vines, and ruthless fruit selection have combined to deliver a wine showing characters typical to premium Semillon produced from this area; lemongrass, lime, and green apple flavours carried over a pure line of natural acidity.
True to the pedigree of the region, source vineyards, and variety, this is a wine that will age gracefully in the bottle over the next 5 to 10 years.
