Grosset Wines is an independently owned winery, producing seven highly regarded premium wines each vintage.

The estate vineyards, which are ACO certified organic, are hand-tended and each bunch of grapes is harvested at optimum ripeness.
The winemaking process is gentle and uncomplicated.

The 2022 vintage was produced from riesling grown at the Grosset Polish Hill Vineyard.

Saline, lime margarita, aniseed, lemongrass and floral notes.
So intense, but pure, and quietly juicy with it, all the squeezed lime and freshness, with a very long chalky finish.
