Hand-picked on a cool morning and whole bunch pressed directly to oak barrels.
Natural yeast fermented then kept on full lees for five month.
Blended then bottled.
Golden Child Wines is a collaboration between grape grower David Hamilton and winemaker James.
Their grapes are grown sustainably in the Kuitpo sub-region of the Adelaide Hills (no synthetic herbicides, pesticides or fertilisers).
Their wines are made using natural yeast fermentation and are bottled with minimal additives.
Golden Child wines are 100% vegan friendly.
