The agaves used are from the highlands of Jalisco and are cooked in brick ovens before being tahona crushed.
The mix of rain and natural spring water brings out the authentic minerality of tequila.
Felipe knows how to age tequila, and this is a prime example of how to enhance a tequila with oak barrelling.
