Flor de Cana Centenario 18 Legacy Edition I is a limited release rum of the traditional family business Flor de Cana from Nicaragua founded by Francisco Alfredo Pellas.
It’s maturation process is enriched by the unique characteristics of the San Cristobal volcano, the most active in Nicaragua.
The fertility of the soil and the volcanic climate which the vessels are exposed to during the aging process along with the volcanic spring water contribute to creating an extremely smooth and wonderfully balanced rum.
After 18 years of maturation in selected oak barrels the flavours are unique.
Almost two decades go into its production, and the tradition behind it and artisanal excellence can be savoured in every drop of full-bodied rum.
