Founded in 1954, Crown was full of ideals and hope, planting a seed of literature, art and knowledge.
Over the years, despite all the difficulties, it has never been out of print, and is the only local private magazine in Taiwan with the longest history that has managed to remain in the mainstream.
It is distributed worldwide, has a high circulation rate, and has become the best bridge between overseas Chinese and Taiwan.
The readership is extremely broad, with women being the majority of readers.
