Chivas 25 year old first came on the scene in the first decade of the the 20th century in America.
This luxury whisky took pride of place amongst New Yorks high society.
However in 1920 Prohibition came and the life of the Chivas 25 Year Old came to an end.
In 2007, the distillery reignited the remarkable blend, recreating the icon tastes and textures laying within the original luxury whisky.
The pinnacle of blended Scotch whisky was reborn and remains a legend today.
Every cask used in Chivas 25 is hand-selected and individually nosed to ensure a rewardingly rich final blend.
The nose has enticing fruity aromas of peach and sweet orange, followed by notes of marzipan and nuts.
The palate has hints of hints of rich chocolate orange with a fondant creaminess.
A smooth, rounded and luxuriously long finish.
