Description
The fruit for this cuvee comes from well exposed and warmer sites giving full maturity to the fruit.
This wine is only made in great years and is in fact a vintage wine.
The current release is the 2015 vintage.
The dosage is decided in function of the taste to create a balanced wine and most year’s there is zero dosage due to the fruit generosity.
