The grapes sourced for Barossa Old Vine Company Shiraz 2003 1.5L come from special 100+ year old Shiraz vines and, using traditional open fermentation and basket pressing, this unique hand made wine is the reward.
The wine from these gnarled and twisted vines is matured for two year sin carefully chosen French and American oak.
It is then bottled without fining and filtration to ensure the true essence of the Barossa is captured.
