They wanted to work with a sstyle they love but bring some new perspective and subtlety to their approach.
This 100% rye mashbill started with Elbon Rye from Northwest Texas blended with some chocolate, crystal, and roasted rye to develop a rich, sweet mid-palate, and layers of chocolate over tobacco, leather, oak, and spice notes.
