Description
Knocknarea is the second single malt from the Lough Gill Distillery and is also a limited edition of 6,600 bottles.
Matured for 11 years in ex bourbon American oak casks and then finished for a minimum of three years in finest Oloroso sherry casks beside Lough Gill.
Knocknarea takes its name from the monolithic mountain to the west of Sligo town which is the final resting place of the legendary warrior Queen Maeve.
