Adelaide Hills distillery (founded by Laura & Brendan Carter from lo-fi winery Unico Zelo) Applewood are crafting uniquely Australian spirits and liqueurs heavily focussed on using native local ingredients.
Working with artisans who farm sustainably and work in harmony with nature, Applewood are telling the story of the history of Australia and the indigineous custodians of the land in a delicious, interesting and innovative way.
Rather than ‘just’ being a dry gin this is inspired by spring in the Adelaide Hills, composed of: Juniper Berries, Coriander Seed, Angelica Root, Ginger Root, Lemon Myrtle, Earl Grey Tea, Lavender, Vanilla, Cardamom, Macadamia, Lemon and Orange Peel.
