Our friends at Applewood (they also run the Unizo Zelo winery) have long used indigineous Australian ingredients to produce a range of flavoursome, interesting gin expressions that celebrate the uniqueness of these ingredients and the land that grows them.
In this limited edition release native finger lime has been enhanced with kaffir lime leaf and a hint of basil herbaceousness to create a truly unique Australian citrus gin.
